Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Account: name, mobile number, email, password (stored only as a hash), and your profile photo if you upload one.
Business profile (sellers): business name, address, and the statutory details you choose to add — GSTIN, PAN, Udyam number, Aadhaar number, CIN/LLPIN, TAN, IE code.
Activity: listings, job posts, enquiries you send or receive, job applications, saved items, and basic technical logs such as IP address.

2. Why we collect it

To run your account, show your listings, pass your enquiry to the right seller, deliver job applications to employers, verify businesses, prevent fraud and spam, process plan payments, and contact you about your account.

3. What other users see

Your public company profile, listings and job posts are visible to everyone. When you send an enquiry, the seller receives your name, mobile number and message — that is the point of the enquiry. When you apply for a job, the employer receives your application and resume. Aadhaar, PAN and bank details are never shown publicly. Aadhaar numbers are stored encrypted.

If you register as a worker, or apply for a job, your work profile — name, photo, trade, city, experience, skills and the "about" text you write — is public and listed under Workers so that employers can find you. Your mobile number and email are shown only to logged-in members. You can hide your profile at any time from My Profile.

4. Who else we share with

Only service providers we need to run the platform — our hosting provider, the SMS gateway that sends your OTP, and the payment gateway that processes your plan payment. We do not sell your data. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

While your account is active, and afterwards only as long as needed for legal, tax or dispute-resolution purposes. OTP records are deleted after 24 hours.

6. Security

Passwords are hashed, sensitive identifiers are encrypted, and forms are protected against cross-site request forgery. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password and tell us at once if you suspect misuse of your account.

7. Your choices

You can view and edit your profile at any time, remove listings, and ask us to delete your account. Write to info@1mmindia.com and we will action it, subject to any records we must keep by law.

8. Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in and an optional "remember me" cookie. We do not use advertising cookies.
