Delete your account
You can delete your 1MM India account yourself, from the website or the Android app. It takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.
What is deleted
- Your name, mobile number, email address, password and profile photo
- Your worker profile (trade, city, experience, skills, about)
- Your business profile, logo and all statutory details (GSTIN, PAN, etc.)
- All your product listings, photos and job posts
- Enquiries and job applications you sent or received (with any resume files), and your saved items
What is kept
Records of paid subscriptions and their tax invoices are kept for up to 8 years, as Indian tax law requires, with your account details removed from them. Nothing else is kept.
How to delete
- Log in to your account
- Open Profile → Security → Delete account, or come back to this page
- Enter your password and confirm
Cannot log in? Email info@1mmindia.com from the address on your account, or WhatsApp 8630769898 from your registered mobile number, and we will delete it for you within 7 days.
