1. Who we are

1MM India ("we", "us", "the platform") operates this site, a B2B marketplace for the jewellery chain industry. By using the site you accept these terms.

2. Accounts

You must register to send enquiries, apply for jobs, or list products. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your password secure. One person or business should hold one account.

3. Listings and content

Sellers are solely responsible for their listings, prices, images, specifications and job postings. Do not list counterfeit goods, illegal items, or anything you are not authorised to sell. We may edit, reject or remove any listing without notice.

4. We are not a party to your deals

We introduce buyers and sellers. We do not manufacture, inspect, warehouse, ship or guarantee any product, and we are not a party to any contract between users. Verify the other party, the goods and the terms before you pay anyone. Any dispute over quality, delivery, payment or employment is between the parties involved.

5. Verified badge

A verified badge means we checked the documents a seller submitted. It is not a guarantee of product quality, financial standing or business conduct.

6. Plans and payments

Paid plans are prepaid for the stated period and are non-refundable once activated, except where the law requires otherwise. Listing limits apply per plan. Prices are exclusive of GST unless stated. We may change prices for future purchases.

7. Acceptable use

Do not scrape the site, send bulk unsolicited messages to other users, post false contact details, impersonate anyone, or attempt to break the security of the platform. We may suspend or block any account that does.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the update. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Agra, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.
